Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted on wholesale orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible returns must be reported within 14 days of delivery, with the product in its original condition and packaging.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email partners@alswalk.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Our team will provide return instructions and next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
Orders that have been opened, used, or fall outside the 14-day reporting window may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.
